Ewa Pawluczuk

Ewa Pawluczuk was appointed to Netia’s supervisory board on April 9, 2009 (nominated by a shareholder as a candidate for an independent supervisory board member). Ms. Pawluczuk, deputy Director of Finance Department in the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) responsible, among others, for the preparation of the Company’s budget, is an experienced finance specialist of sound knowledge and broad expertise.

Prior to her engagement in the PANSA Ms. Ewa Pawluczuk worked as Finance Director at Probike S.A. – exclusive importer in Poland of Kawasaki and Ducati motorbikes, conducting wholesale activities through a network of independent dealers and retail sales in its own sale points. Additionally, she was involved in the implementation of an integrated management system for the Company.

In 2002-2007 Ms. Pawluczuk worked as Director of Finance and Administration Division at TP Invest Sp. z o.o., member of Telekomunikacja Polska Group, dealing with restructuring processes in the TP Group. Additionally, she participated in works of supervisory boards of the following TP Group companies: TelArp Sp. z o.o., Postinfo Sp. z o.o. and Netbud Sp. z o.o.

The professional experience of Ms. Ewa Pawluczuk covers the work in departments of investment banking at Bank of America (Polska) S.A. (2002-2000) and Bank Amerykański w Polsce S.A. (1998-2000) where she prepared, among others, financial analyses, valuation of companies, led companies disposal projects and prepared funds raising projects.

In 1994 – 1998 Ms. Ewa Pawluczuk worked at the Brokerage House of Bank Gdański and Brokerage House of BIG-BG Sp. z o.o.

Ms. Pawluczuk graduated from the Finance and Statistics Department of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1994 she obtained a broker’s license and since 2008 she is ACCA affiliate.

She does not conduct directly or through legal entities any activities that would compete with the activities of Netia. She is not a partner in civil law company or any partnership, nor a member of any authorities of any corporation or any other competitive legal entity. She has not been registered in the Non-Solvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Ms. Pawluczuk meets the criteria of an independent member in accordance with the corporate governance rules adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Netia’s statute.
