Raimondo Eggink

Raimondo Eggink was appointed as Netia’s supervisory board member for the first time on March 29, 2006 and later on, for the second term of office, on June 2, 2011. He has been conducting independent consulting and training activities on behalf of entities operating on the financial market since 2002. He serves presently on the supervisory boards of the following companies: KOFOLA S.A. (since 2004, previously HOOP S.A.), Netia S.A. (since 2006), Firma Oponiarska Dębica S.A. (since 2008), Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. (since 2009), PERŁA – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (2004-2005 and since 2008) and AmRest Holdings SE (since 2010). In the past he served on the supervisory boards of Stomil-Olsztyn S.A. (2002-2003), Warsaw Stock Exchange (2002-2008), Wilbo S.A. (2003-2005), Mostostal Płock S.A. (2003-2006), Swarzędz Meble S.A. (2004-2005), PKN ORLEN S.A. (2004-2008) and Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny NFI S.A. (2006). Previously, he was a management board member, an investment director, a president of the management board and, more recently, a liquidator in ABN AMRO Asset Management (Polska) S.A., a company managing the assets of the Polish institutional funds and the wealthy individuals which ceased its operations in 2001. He started his professional career in 1995 in ING Bank N.V., Warsaw branch, were he played a significant role in establishing the first asset management company in Poland. During 1995-1997 he was Executive Vice President of the Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Advisors. He graduated in pure mathematics from the Jagiellonian University in 1994, and he obtained his doctorate from the same institution in 2010. In March 1995 he obtained a license of an investment adviser. In 2000 Mr. Eggink received a CFA charter from the CFA Institute (previously AIMR) and he has been a member of the management board of the CFA Society of Poland since 2004. He published numerous articles on the development of the capital market in Poland, in particular with regard to the protection of the minority shareholders.
Mr. Eggink is a Dutch citizen with permanent residency in Poland.
He does not conduct directly or through legal entities any activities that would compete with the activities of Netia. He is not a partner in civil law company or any partnership, nor a member of any authorities of any corporation or any other competitive legal entity. He has not been registered in the Non-Solvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Mr. Eggink meets the criteria of an independent member in accordance with the corporate governance rules adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Netia’s statute.
