Netia’s series K shares admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (10/2010)
WARSAW, Poland – April 9, 2010 – Netia SA (“Netia” or the “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced, in connection with the current report No. 9/2010 dated March 31, 2010, that pursuant to the resolution No. 323/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”), dated April 8, 2010, 61,059 series K ordinary bearer shares of Netia, assigned by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (National Depository of Securities) with the PLNETIA00097 code, (the “Shares”), were admitted to trading on WSE. The Shares will commence trading on WSE on April 15, 2010, provided that on the same day the Polish National Depository for Securities will assimilate the Shares with the remaining Netia’s shares.
The Shares were issued due to the exercise of stock options by entitled persons (see current report No. 9/2010 dated March 31, 2010)
