WARSAW, Poland – March 30, 2006 – Netia SA (“Company”, “Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed – line telecommunications services, announced in connection with the expiration on April 29, 2006 of its three-year subscription warrants, registered at the National Deposit of Securities SA under the number “PLNETIA00147”, authorizing to subscribe for Netia’s ordinary bearer series J shares (“Warrants”), that this day will be the last day of subscription for series J shares authorized from the Warrants (i.e., in accordance with par. 24.3.2 chapter III of the Polish prospectus of Netia’s notes and shares dated April 17, 2002).
In addition, Netia informed that the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) resolved on March 29, 2006 that:
the Warrants will not be traded as of the WSE session on April 26, 2006 until the date of their expiration,
brokerage instructions for Warrants will not be accepted as of April 26, 2006,
- brokerage instructions for Warrants will expire if they are not executed until April 25, 2006 (inclusive).
